Our Services:

• We provide assistance over the phone and in person if you run into a problem during your use of the classrooms
• We provide training on how to use the equipment in the JSMBS classrooms
• We can assist 15 minutes before a class or lecture, with 2 weeks advance notice, but we do not stay for the entire class or lecture
