Finding a meeting time that works for everyone can be a challenge. For those using Microsoft Outlook calendars at UB, Microsoft Scheduling Poll makes it a lot easier. Anyone at UB can download and install Outlook to access this feature or use it directly through Outlook on the web.

No need to manually enter availability

When scheduling a meeting using Outlook calendar, you can offer attendees a poll with multiple time options. Attendees can then vote on what works best, and Scheduling Poll helps to find the most convenient slot for the group.

Once a time is selected, Outlook automatically sends out your calendar meeting invites—no back-and-forth emails are needed.
