Hello everyone,

Please find below the sign-up link for the IP Forum. As a reminder,  each student will participate in one IPE Forum session, via Zoom, with a faculty facilitator and other students from a variety of other health professions. 

There are forum sessions being held at four different times on November 12:

• 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
• 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
• 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Using the link, please rank your top three preferred time slots. The sign-up is first come, first served, so if you have other obligations that day to coordinate around, please be prompt in submitting your preferences.  We will do our best to accommodate everyone's preferred time slots, but we cannot guarantee these preferred times. The survey closes on Tuesday, September 1. Please make your selections before then, or we will randomly assign you a time slot.
