We have much more information on the upcoming Casa Azul event at 1 p.m. this Friday, June 5, 2026. And as always reach out to me or Ethan Tong if you have any confusion on the event.
First of all, a special thank you to Samuel D'Angelo, our treasurer, for increasing open-bar capacity by 20 slots! As a result of this increase, we have taken the first 20 people on the waitlist and moved them to the Open-Bar Participating tab (1). The students moved in order are:
For the 100 students on the list, you must claim a wristband at the door from Ethan Tong or myself in order to participate in open-bar the day of event! We have been informed by Casa Azul, they are allowing 20 additional students to attend the event, although their open-bar cost will not be covered. These students, not in the first 100 student tab, will not be given wristbands for open-bar access, but are welcome to purchase drinks on their own. If you are interested in attending but not participating in open bar, sign up on tab 2! Casa Azul will strictly be enforcing this policy so please respect it.
For students with open-bar access on tab one, we would like you to revisit the sign-up form and confirm that you will be: attending the event and are planning to use your open-bar access. We would like to know this information to retain your spot and ensure that students signed up on the open-bar tab will be using their open-bar access. Please take this action by Thursday, June 4, at 11:59 p.m.
Finally, there will be no food at this event, but many food options are located close to the venue. We attempted to secure food, but Casa's kitchen will be closed at the time of the event.
