Join the Culinary Medicine Interest Network (CuMIN) for an interactive Nutrition Label Seminar led by Dr. Lee on Friday, September 4, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in 1225A&B.

During the session, students will compare a variety of foods and snacks from Wegmans while learning practical strategies to interpret nutrition labels, evaluate nutritional content, and make informed dietary choices. The seminar will also connect with concepts from the M1 curriculum related to metabolism and nutrition.

Wegmans will provide food and snacks.
