White Coat Embroidery Drop-Off Instructions for Monday, July 20

Hello Class of 2030,

We hope your orientation week went well! If you ordered white coat embroidery, please see the instructions below regarding the White Coat Drop-Off happening Monday, July 20.

 

Step 1: Complete the Form
 Please fill out the following form before drop-off:
White Coat Embroidery Form

 

Step 2: Drop Off Your Coat
Date: Monday, July 20
Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Location: Active Learning Center (1220)

At drop-off:

  • You'll receive an index card to write your name and title exactly as you'd like it embroidered.
  • You’ll then turn in your coat and index card at the table labeled with your last name.
  • We’ll also confirm the information submitted on your form.

Can’t make it during that time?
 Please email us ahead of time so we can arrange an alternate drop-off slot before Monday.

We’ll send out pick-up instructions once your coats have been embroidered; We expected them to be ready by mid-August!
