Hello First-Year Families!
This year, Buffalo Student National Medical Association (SNMA) is offering a service to have your name embroidered on your white coat. This is very helpful for patients and physicians to identify you at preceptor and free clinics during 1st- and 2nd-year and later on during clinical rotations during 3rd- and 4th-year. Most, if not all, of our class had their name embroidered on their white coat.
We will collect white coats after the ceremony in the Center for the Arts (after all pictures are taken of course). Embroidery takes about two weeks (plenty of time before you will need to look white coat professional at preceptor). We will e-mail the first-year students when they are available for pickup.
Best,
