My research focuses on streamlining and improving the LC-MS methods used for study in various omics fields including proteomics, metabolomics, and peptidomics. Specifically, I am working on understanding pancreatic cancer and cardiovascular disease models on the whole proteome level. I am also working on developing a method to study the MHC bound peptides in various cancer models.
