The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is a 20-minute drive to downtown Buffalo. Hotel shuttles, taxis and Metro Bus Route 204 to downtown are available at the airport.

Bus is available to Buffalo from many locations. The bus terminal is in downtown Buffalo, near Metro Rail and many local bus routes.

Amtrak train service is available to Buffalo.There are two stations in Buffalo: Exchange Street and Depew. Exchange station is in downtown Buffalo and steps from Metro Rail. Depew station is near the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, approximately a 20-minute taxi ride to the hospital.

Google Maps provides excellent driving, walking, and rail/bus routes to all destinations in the city of Buffalo.

Buffalo’s Metro Rail and bus services offer convenient, affordable transportation to many locations in the city.

Unlike other large cities, you cannot hail a cab from the curb in Buffalo. If you choose to travel by taxi, you will have to call for one ahead of time.
