This program is located at the main Erie County Medical Center location, and here interns provide care for individuals in need of acute substance use related medical interventions and psychotherapy services.
Interns will collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team at this site. Interns will be involved in individual and group-based treatment, along with serving a mental health liaison role to identify mental health needs among these patients and assist in providing appropriate service referrals and linkages.
