Professional Summary:

As a child and adolescent psychiatrist, my clinical practice focuses on the mental and emotional health of our community‘s youth. I primarily practice in the outpatient setting. I have developed a specific interest in the intersection of child welfare, foster care, and mental health. As part of that interest, I collaborate with several community partners and have developed a website to provide educational resources to the WNY community regarding the child welfare and mental health systems. I also dedicate a significant portion of my work to collaborative care, providing consultations to pediatricians with the goal of increasing their comfort level working with children‘s psychiatric concerns. This allows me to extend my reach to as many children and adolescents as possible. Finally, I work with and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows through the medical school, the psychiatry residency program, and the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship.
