Career Development

From your first semester to graduation, you’ll take practical steps toward your career goals.

Each year, you’ll develop the skills, experiences, and confidence needed to reach your goals. You'll complete new milestones to help you explore interests, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for what’s next.

With support from UB’s resources, you won’t navigate the process alone.

  • Career Design Center: offers career design experiences, networking opportunities, and employer connections.
  • Career Design Studio: tools and resources for designing life after college.
  • Experiential Learning Network: a resource to help you apply your learning and customize your education with high-impact experiential learning.
  • Big Interview: a free online video interviewing tool, to practice your interview style.
