Each year, you’ll develop the skills, experiences, and confidence needed to reach your goals. You'll complete new milestones to help you explore interests, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for what’s next.

With support from UB’s resources, you won’t navigate the process alone.

  • Career Design Studio: tools and resources for designing life after college.
  • Experiential Learning Network: a resource to help you apply your learning and customize your education with high-impact experiential learning. 
  • Big Interview: a free online video interviewing tool, to practice your interview style.

  • Develop leadership in clubs or organizations
  • Tailor resume to careers of interest

  • Continue to foster a professional relationship with a career mentor
