Dr. Adams is a full time nocturnist, working clinically as a Board Certified Emergency Physician at Buffalo General Medical Center and the VA Hospital of Western NY. She is the Chief Wellness Officer for Kaleida Health and is also the UB|MD Emergency Medicine Wellness Director. Additionally, she is a Professional Coach, who focuses on burnout, resilience, leadership, and empowerment.
