Professional Summary:

I am a family medicine physician at the ECMC Family Health Center on the ECMC Health Campus. As part of a nationally recognized patient-centered medical home, I have the unique privilege to provide comprehensive and holistic primary care to a diverse community of patients which includes the full spectrum of age, race, gender, and background. Our care includes preventative services, management of chronic conditions, treating a variety of acute illnesses, performing in-office procedures, and coordinating with our pharmacists, social workers, and nursing team to meet our community’s needs. I am passionate about fostering collaborative partnerships with my patients founded in trust, respect, and open communication. I strive to equip my patients with the knowledge and tools needed to treat their medical issues, prevent illness, and promote healthy lifestyles. Ultimately, my goal is to support my patients in achieving their best possible health and guiding them to lead fulfilling healthy lives.

As part of my role in the clinic, I have the additional opportunity to teach medical students and residents through the Department of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. I have found it deeply fulfilling to empower our medical learners to grow not only as doctors but as individuals as well. I understand that medicine is ever evolving, and I am grateful to be surrounded by people who are highly motivated to stay current in the rapid growth of the medical field. I am not surprised to find our learners teaching me as much as I teach them.
