Helpful Tips for Employment & Benefit Communications

  • Use your UB provided email account for all training employment subjects. Do so immediately upon receipt of the UB email address. Routinely monitor your @buffalo.edu email account. All training employment & benefit communications are emailed to your @buffalo.edu account
  •  Use UBGMEHR@buffalo.edu as a best practice for any communications with the HR team. HR team members routinely monitor UBGMEHR@buffalo.edu and will respond within 24 – 48 hours of a business day
  • Contact information  for our HR team can be found on our GME staff page.
  • Always  leave a voicemail message when calling a HR team member. Your call is important to us and will be returned. All voicemail messages left with HR team members will be returned within 24 – 48 hours of a business day.

UB IT – Help Center and Links regarding UBIT

This is an important identifier that will be associated with your name during residency and fellowship training employment. You will receive this information after completing the Dynamic Form provided in onboarding package #1. GME HR Senior Programmer/Data Analyst, Jason Crosby, can be contacted if you haven’t received your UBIT prior to start date.
