Secure Data Dashboards

Looking for data to support your work? You’re in the right place! This section gives you access to live dashboards designed specifically for faculty and staff at the Jacobs School.

Whether you're tracking student feedback, monitoring compliance, or reviewing departmental performance, these tools help you make informed decisions that support continuous improvement. Dashboards include data from sources like the Annual Student Questionnaire (ASQ), Graduate Questionnaire (GQ), Y2 and PGY-1 surveys, clerkship compliance, and more—all in one place!

Access is based on your role, and you'll only see data you're authorized to view.

If you are utilizing the dashboards off-campus, please ensure you are signed into Cisco Secure Client (UBVPN) before attempting to log in to the dashboard using your UBIT credentials.

Tips for a Successful Sign-In and User Experience:

1. Signing In

  • Username: Enter your UBIT username (do not include “@buffalo.edu”).
  • Password: Use your UBIT password.

Important: If you are accessing the site from off-campus, you must first connect to the UB VPN to gain access.

2. Navigating the Dashboard

  • After signing in, select “Explore” from the left-hand menu.
  • The reports available to you are determined by your role at the institution. Please note that access to specific data may vary; not all users will see the same reports.
