Hi everyone!
My name is Kelsey Shank and I am a graduating M4 going into general surgery. I am looking for an M3 planning on going into surgery or other surgical subspecialties to take over the surgical scrubbing simulation seminar for the M1s and M2s in the new curriculum. It is a three to four hour course where the students learn how to properly scrub in and use the surgical simulation center.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in teaching/surgery and looks great on ERAS applications! (I was asked about it at almost every interview I had.)
