How to Apply

We accept two candidates into our clinical informatics fellowship each year.

Eligibility

We welcome applications from candidates in all medical specialties.

To be eligible for our program, you must:

  • possess a medical license
  • be eligible for a New York state training certificate or permanent medical license
  • have successfully completed three years of U.S. postgraduate training by the time you enter our program
  • hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency

Application Requirements

We require:

  • your full CV
  • a letter of intent/personal statement
  • medical school transcripts
  • three letters of recommendation

Deadline

Submit your application by Dec. 10, 2016, for consideration for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Application Review

Our program director and site directors review applications as we receive them.

Interviews

We interview candidates as early as November and complete all interviews by Match Day. You may interview in person or via Skype.

Our program director, training program administrator and some, if not all, site directors participate in interviews.
