Electives

At individual fellows’ requests, we offer elective rotations at:

• the infectious disease consultation service at Oishei Children’s Hospital, for those interested in pediatric infectious diseases
• Erie County’s Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic
  
• the travel medicine clinic, to learn about the care of travel-related infections and the medical requirements for international travel
  
• ECMC’s hepatitis C or HIV-hepatitis C co-infection clinics
  

We will customize the rotation length to your needs, but it likely will range from one to four weeks.

Elective rotations usually occur in the second year of your fellowship.
