Applicants must be board-eligible in psychiatry to be considered for our fellowship program.

We accept two fellows to our program each year.

Salary

Fellows accepted into the program are provided a stipend of $100,000 and standard benefits. 

Qualifications

  • New York State medical licensure
  • Demonstration of adequate preparation for fellowship as indicated by credentials

Application

Complete the application document and submit it with the required materials to our program administrator.

Application Requirements

You must submit the following materials as part of your application:

  • Completed Emergency Psychiatry Fellowship Application
  • Cover letter
  • Current academic vita
  • Letter of recommendation from Residency Training Director endorsing application
  • Two additional letters of recommendation from resources with direct knowledge of clinical experiences and abilities
  • Candidate transcripts detailing completed coursework and training

Deadline

Applications are due by the end of business on December 29, 2023.

Interviews

Once applications are reviewed, potential candidates will be contacted to interview and visit our fellowship site.
