Letters of Recommendation

Send additional letters of recommendation via the AMCAS letter service.

Updated Documents

Submit updates to your application, including any of the following, to our office at the address below.

  • letters of interest
  • change in activities and employment
  • official transcripts

Send all documents in Acrobat PDF format to Jacobs-Medical-Admissions@buffalo.edu. Please name your file submission as follows: Last name, First/Given name (e.g. Bull, Victor).
