Building a Community Partnership with Mobile Primary Care/Curana Health - Spreading the Message: Introducing Team Alice Educational Medication Safety Videos to At-Risk Older Adults

This project aims to improve health care for older adults in Western New York by introducing medication safety videos to at-risk older adults. Team Alice partnered with Mobile Primary Care/Curana Health to screen the videos. The team used quantitative and qualitative approaches to assess the impact of the videos and prepare for implementation within Mobile Primary Care/Curana Health's workflow during doctor-patient visits.
