Purchasing using State, Research Foundation or UB Foundation funds can be used through ShopBlue.
UB Travel guidelines are available at the website below.
All travel must be pre-approved in Concur for all UB Faculty and Staff. Use of Concur for travel preapproval is required. Your supervisor will approve your travel request.
Once travel is completed, you have 30 days from your last day of travel to submit a travel reimbursement.
*Your appointment must be fully active to request the ID badge.
