Secure File Upload

Faculty and staff are encouraged to review the resources below before submitting a general support request. In some cases, you will likely be directed to one of the university resources or department resources already provided on this page.

Departmental Support Forms

Before uploading your documents, review to ensure:

  • Acceptable file formats are .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg and .docx.
  • Save your document in the following format: last name, first name and then the file name
  • Complete all relevant sections of the form(s)
  • Review the file to ensure it is clear and legible
  • Handwritten or digital signatures are included where requested
  • Required documentation is included

Directions on Uploading Documents

  1. Ensure accurate files (contact the department if you are unsure which document you need to upload) are completed and saved to your local device
  2. Click Select Files in the upload files section
  3. Select your document(s) for upload from your local device
  4. In the file description field include:
    • Your last name
    • Your first name
    • The document name you are uploading 
    • Example: bio form, cover letter, resume, CV
  5. Click Secure File Upload to complete.
