Through our specialized rotations, we give you the experiences you need to provide state-of-the-art care to diverse patients in multiple care settings, guided by our innovative physician-scientists.

  • Adult Neurology

    Develop expertise in diagnosing and treating hospitalized adults with common neurologic conditions through in-depth training in diverse care settings.
  • Child Neurology

    You will gain specialized pediatric expertise through this core experience, as you learn developmentally appropriate approaches to evaluate and treat infants, children and adolescents with a wide variety of neurological conditions.
  • Child Psychiatry

    Guided by a psychiatrist or child psychiatrist, you will develop a working understanding of key areas of child psychiatry, adding an essential skill set to your child neurology expertise.
  • Electromyography and Neuromuscular

    In this introductory neurophysiology-electromyography rotation, you will be briefly exposed to electro-diagnostic methods of assessing the peripheral nervous system, observing and learning from our expert neurologist in our specialized electromyography lab.
  • Electrophysiology – Electroencephalography and Evoked Potentials

    Gain hands-on experience with adult and pediatric electroencephalography (EEG) and acquire a working knowledge of evoked potentials (EP), training in specialized EEG labs and a state-of-the-art long-term epilepsy monitoring unit.
  • Neuroimaging

    Learn to perform neuroimaging exams and gain an understanding of the physics, anatomy and pathology related to various neuroimaging modalities through our basic science rotation.
  • Pediatric Continuity Clinic

    You will develop long-term relationships with diverse patients under age 18 in an outpatient care setting — where most neurological conditions are evaluated — through our highly personalized training in general child neurology clinics.
  • Electives
