- Your CV.
- An official copy of your submitted abstract for the meeting.
- A signed letter of recommendation (one page maximum) from your mentor stating that you will be presenting an abstract at the meeting, as well as any justification for need and, if available, whether you will be seeking travel funding. Mentor should mention their ability to pay for the cost of attendance past the travel amount and other stipend awards.
- Flyer from the conference you will be attending. Must include event title, date(s), location, and if possible, a basic itinerary of the conference. This can usually be downloaded from the event website or social media, or sent via e-mail.
