Buffalo Neuroscience Research Day 2025 will be held Friday, Nov. 7, 2025 at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

Registration and Abstract Submissions are now open!

Abstract Deadline Information

Abstracts are due by Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025 (at 11:59 p.m.)

  • Deadline for abstracts that will be considered in the judging for poster awards
  • Deadline to be considered for student/postdoc talks. (If you want to be considered for a short talk, select 'Talk' as your presentation type in the drop-down menu on the abstract submission page)

Abstracts can still be submitted up until Monday, Nov. 3, but any abstracts submitted after October 29 will not be considered for poster awards.

  • New for 2025! Neuroscience As Art exhibit. We have sent out a call for creative submissions based on original research by students and postdocs. Several of the entries will be displayed prominently during the Research Day.
