New Resident/Fellow Orientation

Orientation Onboarding Package

In preparation for your training you will be required to complete an onboarding package of employment and educational modules. The onboarding package will be delivered to you online via MedHub in two parts. 

The first package will be delivered to you via email on March 25, 2024, and includes a demographic form and drug testing and background investigation overview to complete. This package is due no later then April 1, 2024. Once you complete package one, package two will be delivered to you via email. Package two contains the remaining requirements and is due on May 20, 2024.

Your demographic form will ask you for an NPI number. If you do not have an NPI number you will need to apply for one. Those with an SSN can do so here. Those without an SSN will need to mail in an application. Please do so ASAP as it can be a time-consuming process.

Orientation Activites

Incoming Residents Week Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28, 2024

Below is a snapshot of the week’s activities. You will receive an individual schedule with your specific appointment times and locations closer to the beginning of orientation.

You will report to the hospital of your first rotation for orientation activities.

Education Session Information for Incoming Residents

Each education session will have a small amount of pre-work to be reviewed the night before the session in preparation for the morning’s discussions.

Education sessions will be held on Monday and Tuesday. These sessions have been created to not only allow for learning, but also to encourage you to get to know your colleagues. You are expected to attend both sessions.
