Orientation Onboarding Package

In preparation for your training you will be required to complete an onboarding package of employment and educational modules. The onboarding package will be delivered to you online via MedHub in two parts. 

The first package will be delivered to you via email on Monday, March 30, 2026, and includes a demographic form and drug testing and background investigation overview to complete. This package is due no later then Monday, April 6, 2026. Once you complete package one, package two will be delivered to you via email. Package two contains the remaining requirements and is due on Monday, May 18, 2026.

Your demographic form will ask you for an NPI number. If you do not have an NPI number you will need to apply for one.

Please do so ASAP as it can be a time-consuming process.

Education Session Information for Incoming Residents

Each education session will have a small amount of pre-work to be reviewed the night before the session in preparation for the morning’s discussions.

Education sessions will be held on Monday and Tuesday. These sessions have been created to not only allow for learning, but also to encourage you to get to know your colleagues. You are expected to attend both sessions.
