Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Review the chart on the Required Certifications page to determine if PALS is required for your program.
Incoming residents do not need to take the course on their own. You will train with your peers in a UB-sponsored course prior to incoming resident orientation. Information and course pre-work will be sent to you directly. You must complete all online pre-course work ahead of the certification course and be BLS certified prior to the course. Failure to complete pre course work will result in you being turned away from completing the training.
