EthicsPoint Reporting

EthicsPoint is a secure and confidential platform that allows you to report concerns about unethical behavior, policy violations or other issues that may affect your learning environment.

Your Voice Matters: How to Report a Concern

Whether you’ve experienced something directly or observed a concern, EthicsPoint provides a safe and confidential way to report it. Reports are submitted anonymously by default, but if you choose to identify yourself, you’ll have the option to include your name during the submission process.

You can use EthicsPoint to report concerns related to mistreatment, discrimination, academic integrity or any behavior that doesn’t align with the school’s values. Your report will be reviewed by designated professionals who are committed to addressing concerns respectfully and appropriately.

Do NOT use EthicsPoint to report emergencies!

For reporting threats to life, personal safety or theft of personal items, call 716-645-2222 to reach University Police or 911 for off-campus emergencies.

When Should I Consider Submitting a Report?

  • Mistreatment or harassment, including verbal abuse, discrimination or intimidation.
  • Concerns about the learning environment that negatively affect student well-being or education.
