Dear First-Year Medical Students (M1):
Each incoming first year student will be “block registered” by the Office of Student and Academic Affairs (OSAA) once we receive confirmation that all of the required health forms have been submitted to Health Services.
Furthermore, one component of our Foundations of Patient-Centered Care (FPCC) module allows students to examine patients in a physician’s office/clinic. Until we have confirmation that your health forms have been received and are complete, you will not be permitted to participate in this experience. Therefore, it is imperative that you submit the necessary health forms (which includes Hepatitis B titers) as soon as possible to ensure that you are registered for classes and can participate in FPCC.
