Class Registration

Negative Service Indicators

No registration activities can occur if you have an outstanding hold (negative service indicator) on your HUB Student Center.

All medical student registrations are made by the Office of Student and Academic Affairs.

M4 Registration

Elective selection process takes place in March (fall - modules A to F) and October (spring - modules G to K). Placement and registration in electives and required courses (MED802 and *NEU 801, determined by class lottery) will be administered by the Office of Student and Academic Affairs with approvals from departments based on availability.

*If Basic Clinical Neurology (NEU801) was taken as a third-year elective, additional electives must be completed during fourth year. A total of 7 courses must be completed during fourth year.

M3 Registration

Third-year clerkship will be scheduled through randomized placement. Elective selection in Medicine/Surgery clerkships takes place in April (fall - blocks 1 and 2) and November (spring - blocks 3 and 4). Placement and registration in electives will be administered by the Office of Student and Academic Affairs with approvals from departments based on availability.  

M1 and M2 Registration

Year 1 and Year 2 students required courses are registered by the Office of Student and Academic Affairs each fall and spring semester of their preclinical years.
