Academic Advisement Report

The HUB Academic Advisement Report (AAR) is an advising tool that tracks progress toward graduation by showing how courses taken meet graduation requirements for the MD degree program. HUB creates individualized reports, summarizing all MD program requirements, indicating those that have been satisfied; totals all credit hours taken; lists repeated courses and notes Incomplete courses.

The HUB Academic Advisement Report (AAR) is useful in the following respects:

  • As an advising tool: to determine progress toward completing all degree requirements.
  • Evaluation for degree conferral: Reports will be used to determine if students have met the requirements for graduation.

HUB Academic Advisement Reports are available for all matriculated MD students via MyUB. Students should examine their reports carefully and check-in with the JSMBS Registrar if there are questions or discrepancies in the report.

Please note that HUB Academic Advisement Reports are not official or unofficial transcripts. The report should be used to monitor progress toward a degree. Students needing an official representation of their academic work should visit the transcripts page for information on requesting transcripts.

*AARs will be adjusted for students in MD/MBA dual-degree programs in year four.
