Resident wellness events and resilience training is an important part of resident well-being. Our resilience curriculum, led by associate program director Erica Rider, DO, includes small group sessions during ambulatory (+ Y) weeks where residents learn the skills to help combat burn out. In addition, some sessions are dedicated to fun events to disconnect from the hospital. Throughout the year, we also have resident retreats and wellness events all together!
