For scientific and clinical research, preliminary scientific projects, projects that enhance patient care and improve quality and safety for patients at ECMC. Investigator must clearly state hypothesis to be tested and the metric to be used to evaluate the data. Proposals based on Healthcare Quality initiatives welcome. Rigorous scientific methodology required and SQUIRE standards to be followed.
