Rotations and Training Sites

Our connections to major health care facilities throughout the greater Buffalo area give you experience rotating through clinical sites with high procedural volumes.

Working in diverse environments exposes you to multiple styles for delivery of care. You’ll develop flexible, resourceful strategies for medical diagnoses and acquire skills that will help you adapt to a wide variety of professional settings.

Your activities and interactions with fellow physicians, nursing staff members and other personnel will help refine your interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Buffalo General Medical Center
    Located on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Buffalo General Medical Center offers a wide spectrum of clinical inpatient and outpatient treatment programs.
  • Buffalo VA Medical Center
    This 100-bed, 1.4 million-square-foot facility provides medical, surgical, mental health, long term and outpatient care.
  • Erie County Medical Center
    This 583-bed medical center is one of the area’s leading health care providers. It serves as a regional center for trauma, burns, rehabilitation and cardiac care.
  • Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital
    This full-service, acute care teaching hospital provides a wide range of non-tertiary services to inpatients and outpatients from the community and surrounding areas.
  • Oishei Children’s Hospital
    This hospital is the regional center for comprehensive and state-of-the-art pediatric, neonatal, perinatal and obstetrical services in Western New York and beyond.
