• Individual Project- Students in Year 3 will focus on finalizing and ensuring sustainability of their project

• All Y3 students will be assigned a Y1 member to mentor. Requirement: Monthly check-in meetings (documented)
• All Y3 students are required to attend and evaluate 2 monthly Y2 sessions. Evaluative recommendations will be sent to the appropriate faculty mentor.
