Heather Osinski

Heather Osinski is the Internal Communications Manager in the Office of Communications, where she develops and manages internal messaging that supports students, faculty, staff, and alumni. She oversees digital displays, listserv communications, and the Student Information Portal, which she launched and continues to manage. Osinski produces several recurring institutional newsletters, helping ensure consistent, timely communication across the Jacobs School.

Working collaboratively with the communications team, she supports the dean’s vision and the school’s overall strategic priorities. Her role also includes administrative support for the office, along with coordination of shared resources such as photo backdrops and branded swag inventory.

Osinski earned a bachelor’s degree in English and political science, as well as a master’s degree in political science from the University at Buffalo.
