Our Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship program is dedicated to developing highly skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, curious, creative and productive pediatric pulmonologists.

Program Highlights

As a moderate-sized pediatric pulmonology, our fellowship still offers the opportunities afforded at many other larger hospital systems. Additionally, our diverse faculty interests means fellows are exposed to a wide variety of perspectives throughout their training.

Clinical Highlights

With exposure to a varied patient population and disease states, our program offers trainees the environment for expanding their knowledge and honing their skills to become consummate medical professionals.

  • Full-service, state-of-the-art PFT Lab: spirometry, plethysmography, DLCO, Lung Clearance Index, Forced Oscillometry, Bronchoprovocation studies
  • 70+ Pediatric CF patients
  • 150+ Bronchoscopies per year
  • Continuity clinic: weekly half-day fellow-focused pulmonary clinics throughout all three years with a dedicated panel of patients
  • Active inpatient service - 12 months of service in total over three years
  • Outpatient electives: dedicated one-month ambulatory subspecialty rotation early in year 1, with additional electives tailored to career goals

Educational Opportunities and Schedule

  • Weekly Pediatric Pulmonology core curriculum and active-learning board review series
  • Regular multidisciplinary conferences with critical care, sleep medicine and radiology
