Oct. 22: Fall Welcome Faculty Breakfast

The Fall Welcome Faculty Breakfast and interview with Dean Allison Brashear will take place from 8–10 a.m. in Room 6201.

Oct. 27, 28, 29: Jacobs Faculty Zoom Library Orientations

UB Liaison Librarians Nell Aronoff and Laurel Mueller will hold three online library orientation events for Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences faculty members that are new to the university or need a refresher about UB Libraries resources and services. 

  • Monday, Oct. 27 at 12–12:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 8–8:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 6–6:30 p.m.

The workshops will take place on zoom. Registration is required.

Nov. 21: WNY Service-Learning Coalition "Healthy Communities" Fall Summit

Save the date for the WNYSL Coalition Fall Summit on "Healthy Communities," which will take place on the UB South campus from 8:30 a.m.–2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21.  

Thanks to a generous grant from UB’s Office of Inclusive Excellence, the event will be free and open to the public.
