Welcome to SUNY

The SUNY New Faculty Open Mic Program is designed to support the work of new tenure-track colleagues in their first two years (since Fall 2023). This free peer mentoring program offers new faculty an opportunity to talk about vital issues as teachers, scholars and advisors. The Fall 2025 meetings will take place on Zoom every other Monday from 2-3 p.m. starting Sept. 8, 2025 and ending Dec. 1, 2025.

Grant Management Software

The Click Portal software integrates all aspects of grants management into a single system, including IRB, the IACUC, grants management, financial conflict of interest, research agreements and safety.

Procurement

ShopBlue is a fully integrated eProcurement system allowing authorized UB faculty and staff to place orders for necessary goods and services.

Travel and Non-Travel Reimbursements

Authorized UB faculty and staff use Concur to book business travel and to submit business travel and non-travel expenses for reimbursement.
