Fully accredited by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), our residency program provides physicians with a broad foundation of knowledge and experience in the core disciplines of preventive medicine.

In conjunction with the UB School of Public Health and Health Professions, our program is available through a combined, four-year internal medicine-preventive medicine residency. The internal medicine residency program provides the first two years of training, followed by two years of training in preventive medicine, including the academic and practicum phases.
