16 yo male with complaints of worsening, mild pelvic pain, increased with rotation of his right hip. He denies constitutional symptoms or history of trauma.

PE: Healthy appearing adolescent male. Normal stance and gait. RLE: Pain with IR and ER of hip. NVI w/o LAN
