Case 4

49 yo male with persistent and worsening R knee pain following TKA in 2005. He denies constitutional symptoms. 

PE: RLE: mild knee effusion with tenderness to palpation at joint line. He achieves 60 degrees of flexion, lacks 5 degrees of full extension. No significant erythema. NVI w/o LAN.
