Case 5

16 yo female w/ 6 mo h/o of painful mass in L arm with increasing size. Complains of dysthesias in her 4th and 5th digits. Denies constitutional symptoms. Previous bx reported as fatty tissue. 

PE: Significant palpable, painful mass in posterior LUE. No erythema or overlying skin changes. Full ROM at shoulder and elbow. Decreased sensation to 4th webspace and 5th digit. 2+R/U pulses. No LAN.
