Case 6

14 yo female w/ 1 month history of increasing mass in right medial elbow. C/o associated pain, edema and recent purulent drainage with incidental trauma to the mass. Denies previous h/o trauma. Denies fever, malaise or other associated constitutional symptoms.

PMH: negative

PE: RUE with significant edema and 3cm palpable soft tissue mass at right medial elbow. Mild erythema is present. ROM limited secondary to pain. Skin is intact. Multiple, benign, faint scars present along distal dorsal forearm. NVI. Shotty cervical lymph nodes w/o inguinal or axillary lymphadenopathy.
