Patient is a 20 y/o male with a history of L. knee GCT s/p excision 11 months ago. 
He presents w/ increasing L. knee pain; PMH: GCT; PE L. knee with no effusion + tenderness to palpation over lat. fem. condyle; + tenderness w/ PROM 0-95
