Case 2

43 y/o male w 5 years of chronic R knee pain, worsening over the past 3 years. Feels like “crunching marbles”. Pain at night and worse with activity. No weight loss, fevers/chills. No systemic complaints.

PE: R knee effusion; crepitus, palpable masses near popliteal fossa, mild dec R knee ROM secondary to pain, neurovascularly intact, 5/5 motor.
