Case 4

32 y/o spanish speaking female with one month of intermittent pain associated with a mass in left wrist. Pain began after playing the drums. No constitutional sx.

PE: Palpable 2cm mass dorsal distal forearm, TTP w/o crep, no LAN, erythema, edema, neurovascularly intact
